Like everything in life, the ZM server also has rules. Whenever you log onto our server, you are agreeing to the rules as described in this section.
First of all, you must remember that being on our server is a privilege, not a right. Also remember that this is a place for young people, old people, kids, etc. We don't care who plays here, we just like everyone to respect the rest. None of the admins get paid for their time, but they keep the server open for all of you. You must respect the admins, and follow these rules:
| Aimbots - The ZM server uses the latest stable version of CSHP (Client-Side Hack Protection). This means we are very serious in that we do not allow Aimbots, Radars, Timers, See-Through-Walls Hacks, Speedbots, Healthbots, etc. Use of any cheats will get you an automatic ban from this server. |  |
Voice Packs - There are several custom voice packs on the server. These are used by the kind folks that make this server possible. They are not to be used by the public, using them will get you banned. The public is welcome to use the stock UT voices.
Taunts - Excessive use of audio taunts will get you banned. The occasional use of an audio taunt can be fun, but constantly repeating them will not be tolerated.
| ZM Tag - The ZM tag (ie. |ZM|PlayerXX) is only for ZM members. Anyone using this tag, who is not a ZM member, will be asked to remove it. |

Swearing - The ZM server is a place for friends to play a game, and we don't need bad language between players. No matter what someone is doing to you, you have no right to swear. You should speak to an admin if present, or speak to any ZM member that can relay your complaint to an admin.
Type Killing - Some servers do not allow Type Killing. Here at the ZM server, we don't care. When you see a player typing, you do whatever you want. You can kill him, or just keep going. Since this is an online game and not a chat room, don't come crying if someone kills you while you were typing . When you do type, try to find a relatively secure spot, or feign death to help minimize the chances of being killed. |

Voice Communication Software - Programs like Roger Wilco, Game Voice, Battle Com, etc., are allowed.
Playing style - The ZM server favors the Sniper style, however, you can Run and Gun or use any other tactic. You can also use any weapon on the map. ZM does not have any restrictions in this matter.
| Server closed - Sometimes you may notice the server is Passworded. This means the server is running a clan match, or team training. Just come back later. |
